The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
Assist with learning activities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging
Support with emotional regulation and behaviour where needed

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow tailored support plans We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with SEN (Autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
Is patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure
Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support
Is proactive, reliable, and committed to the role
