Key Responsibilities
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be working with our team to deliver 2nd Line Support to many of our clients, providing excellent customer service by helping all employees resolve their issues and queries in a professional manner.
This includes:
* Owning, updating and progressing tickets so our clients are confident their issue is investigated and actioned.
* Having a professional, positive and friendly manner when communicating with all colleagues and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
* A friendly, personable and professional attitude.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft O365
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A good understanding of Networking and Firewalls.
* Good understanding of Antivirus Software and backup issues.
