Operator Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced 360 Driver/Excavator Operators to join our team for a 7-month project in Whitfield, near Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic site, contributing to essential operations such as loading stockpiles onto crushers or ADTs and potentially breaking materials. Responsibilities
Operate 360 excavators efficiently and safely in accordance with site requirements.
Load stockpiles onto crushers or articulated dump trucks (ADTs).
Break materials as needed to facilitate site operations.
Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Qualifications
Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) certification is mandatory.
Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a construction or quarrying environment.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices on-site.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Day-to-Day
Begin each day with equipment inspections to ensure operational safety.
Operate 360 excavators to load stockpiles onto crushers or ADTs.
Break materials as required to meet project specifications.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Benefits
