Join a reliable onsite team where your contribution matters. This Labourer opportunity offers an ASAP start in Dunfermline.
The Role
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across your market
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer stage
Work closely with a supportive sales floor team and report into senior management
Use CRM systems, outbound sales activity, and candidate databases to drive results.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence with outbound calls, business development, and account management
Organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach
Experience using CRM systems is beneficial, but training can be providedWhat's In it for you:
