Job Description

Experienced Collection & Delivery Drivers Wanted – Bristol

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable drivers to join our growing team, carrying out collections and deliveries across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.

Pay Rates

  * £16.08 per hour (basic rate)

  * £23.43 per hour (overtime rate, applicable after 40 hours worked)

Key Responsibilities

  * Completing collections and deliveries safely and efficiently.

  * Assisting with the loading and unloading of parcels at both depot and customer locations.

  * Using handheld devices and company software to update delivery statuses in real time.

  * Communicating effectively with the depot and customers when required.

  * Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on schedule.

  * Following all company procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

  * Previous experience in a collection and delivery driving role.

  * Full valid driving 7.5T UK licence, CPC and Tacho card.

  * Comfortable with manual handling and lifting parcels throughout the day.

  * Good communication and customer service skills.

  * Ability to use handheld devices and delivery management software.

  * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Working Hours

  * Location: Bristol

  * Shift Pattern: 4 days out of 7

  * Hours: 09:00 – 19:00
