Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of client success, acting as the key point of contact for valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Forecasting & Strategy: Work with sales and production teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, supporting inventory planning and resource allocation.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyse client feedback to inform product, service, and experience improvements.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty, retention, and long-term business growth.
Sales Support: Provide the sales team with insights into client preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic sales initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
* Demonstrated track record of managing key accounts, driving sales, and achieving growth targets.
