(After initial training this role is office based on a Monday and Wednesday and the remainder home based- hours are 09.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday) Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Account Manager will include: Resourcing and facilitating the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of candidates Regular communication via both the phone and face to face with candidates and key stakeholders Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases Ensuring levels of flexible employees are available to meet client needs Conducting interviews and inductions Registration of high volume of candidates ensuring references are up to date and proof of right to work in the UK Attending client review meetings once per quarter on site Delivery of key performance targets and Service Level agreements Dealing with complaints, Flexible Employee performance and HR issues Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databasesBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
