Account Manager - Software Consultancy | Newcastle | Hybrid | Up to £60,000 + Bonus
A growing and dynamic Software Consultancy is seeking a personable, driven Account Manager to join their Newcastle Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in nurturing and expanding client relationships within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a client-facing Account Management (or similar) role within the SaaS or Software Development space, who is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional client service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Developing tailored account strategies and staying closely aligned with client needs and challenges.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and value-added propositions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a client-facing Account Management role (or similar) within the software industry.
Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of fee structures and commercial terms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of overcoming objections and influencing decision-makers through strong negotiation skills.
