Venture Recruitment Partners are partnering with a respected charity in Salisbury in their search for an accounts assistant, due to a restructure and business growth.
You will be working as part of a team alongside 2 other Accounts Assistants and report directly to the Finance Director.
For the right individual, they will offer full study support and WFH opportunities after a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility to ensure that the purchase ledger is kept up-to-date
and is accurate
- Resolving payment queries
- Recording of payments
- Preparing supplier and staff expenses payment runs for approval and
processing
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
Salary and Benefits:
This role is paying up to £31,000 + benefits
Working arrangements:
5 days a week in the office
