We're looking for a Quality & Content Administrator to join a growing business in a varied and supportive administrative role. This is a brand-new position offering full training - perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working accurately and efficiently across different systems.
The role
You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure that all company materials and digital content are accurate, consistent and running smoothly. Typical duties include:
Checking documents and online content for spelling, grammar and formatting accuracy
Ensuring links, files and certificates are working correctly
Uploading and updating information using internal systems (training provided)
Making minor edits and adjustments to content when needed
Producing reports and maintaining team records
Supporting wider administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks
Suggesting process improvements where you spot opportunities
You'll also learn to provide cover for another team member, giving you the chance to broaden your knowledge of project coordination and reporting.
About you
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software
Highly organised with good time management
Proactive and inquisitive, with a positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team
Desirable (but not essential): experience with any ticketing or tracking systems (e.g. Jira) or knowledge of another language.
