Responsibilities:
* maintain and update records within various management information systems
* General team administrative duties as and when required
* maintain office systems in an orderly manner
* undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
* will handle confidential information with discretion
* Administer petty cash
* Responsible for reception duties as required
* assist with the delivery of services to the client
Experience:
* Education to GCSE level or equivalent
* Experience use of MS Word and MS Excel in a general admin role
* Previous experience of working in a generalist admin / business support role
