Our client, a reputable main dealership in Newbury, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their professional team. Monday to Friday working week, with a 45-hour schedule
Rotating Saturday shifts (1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am-1pm)

Greet customers and serve as the initial point of contact, delivering a welcoming experience
Book service appointments and manage workshop diaries efficiently
Upsell additional services and repairs in line with customer needs
Handle all paperwork accurately in accordance with brand and dealership standards
Maintain the dealership’s professional image through outstanding customer service
Cultivate and manage customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfactionRequirements of an Aftersales Advisor:

Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade industry
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of automotive service processes and customer relationship management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
