Our client, a reputable dealership group in Dorchester, is seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Deliver exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service
Manage service and repair bookings accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed customer and vehicle records within the dealer management system
Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth operations
Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
Promote and sell optional aftersales products and services
Drive customer retention and increase departmental sales performance
Complete all relevant administration, invoicing, and warranty documentation
Uphold high standards of professionalism and dealership representationRequirements as an Aftersales Advisor:
Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Service Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidential, professional, and confident approach to customer management
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organised, with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
