Promote early intervention and tenancy sustainment initiatives to reduce the need for legal action.

Champion mediation and community-based approaches to effectively handle low-level disputes.

Take responsibility for complex and high-profile ASB cases, ensuring a fair, proportionate, and victim-focused approach.

Lead, motivate, and support the ASB team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
*
Encourage creative problem-solving and fresh ideas to improve community safety and service delivery.
*
Use data analysis, performance monitoring, and root-cause insights to drive continuous improvement across the service.
*
Ensure all work complies with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards.
*
Represent PA Housing at key meetings, panels, and multi-agency forums.
