It is award-winning, well regarded by clients, and has a strong multi-sector pipeline. Staff retention is high, and the leadership team is clearly focused on long-term growth rather than short-term turnover. If you are a delivery-focused architect with commercial experience and want a role where you can genuinely run projects rather than support from the sidelines, this is well worth exploring.
