Job Description

Architect Location: Central London Salary: £38-45,000 (dependent on experience) A creative and design-focused architectural practice based in Central London is looking to appoint a skilled Architect to join its dynamic and collaborative team. The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering imaginative, high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a supportive and design-driven environment, gaining exposure across every stage of the project lifecycle. Benefits * 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service * Flexible hybrid working arrangement, including home working on Mondays and Fridays * Modern equipment and up-to-date software provided * Company pension scheme Role & Responsibilities * Support the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages * Prepare detailed design presentations and technical drawing packages * Assist with planning submissions, tender packages and construction documentation * Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors and external project teams * Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards * Contribute to projects from initial concept through to final completion * Take on greater project responsibility as experience and confidence develop Skills & Experience * ARB registered Architect * Strong creative and technical ability with a solid understanding of UK construction methods * Proficient in Vectorworks * Previous experience working on UK projects across a range of RIBA stages * Good understanding of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Positive, proactive and collaborative approach with a strong desire for professional development within a team environment To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
