Location: Bristol, Somerset

Salary/Benefits: £160 – £220 Day Rate + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is recruiting for a knowledgeable and experienced Asbestos Supervisor, to oversee licensed removals projects. You will be responsible for leading teams of operatives in order to successfully deliver safe and efficient services. It is essential that applicants have a strong background within the industry, and will be a confident communicator, in order to confidently liaise with clients to provide updates and technical advice. Our client is a multi-disciplined outfit, who have a growing and professional Asbestos Removals department. The successful candidate can expect competitive salaries and benefits packages, in addition to further progression opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications:

  * Proven experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor across Removals projects

  * Ideally will hold the Asbestos Supervisor ticket

  * Strong communication skills

  * Excellent industry technical knowledge

  * Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

  * Organised approach to work

The Role:

  * Supervising teams of asbestos removals operatives

  * Ensuring licensed projects run in line with agreed deadlines and scope

  * Liaising with sub-contractors and clients

  * Providing updates to clients

  * Handling logistical issues on site

  * Leading any required training for site staff

  * Inspecting completed works to ensure compliance and to maintain high service levels

  * Reporting into management to discuss progress of works and highlight any areas for improvement

  * Building strong working relationships with clients

  * Travelling in line with company needs
