Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor (P402 Qualified)

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £35,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing environmental consultancy team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will carry out asbestos surveys across a range of sites throughout Northern England, ensuring work is completed to the highest professional and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264.

Collect and record accurate site data and produce high-quality survey reports.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and relevant legislation.

Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Travel to various client sites across the North of England (company vehicle provided).

Requirements:

BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) – essential.

Proven experience in conducting asbestos surveys across different property types.

Good understanding of HSG264 and asbestos regulations.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
