ASD Teaching Assistant

Classroom Teachers Ltd are recruiting for a full time ASD TA to work in secondary alternative education setting based in South London.

The role is to start Monday 3rd November 2025 and would be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4pm, term time only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  * Secondary TA with ASD experience

  * To start Monday 3rd November 2025

  * Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

  * Term time only

  * Long-term contract, temporary position

  * Working with an ASD student

  * Work with teachers to ensure the students has the best education they can

  * Help provide a stimulating & enjoyable learning environment

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  * Previous experience with Secondary aged students

  * Previous ASD experience or advanced understanding of ASD

  * You must be passionate, enthusiastic and caring towards young adults

  * Able to inspire young adults

  * DBS on the update service or willing to get a new one
