We are looking for a caring, resilient, and enthusiastic Mental Health Assistant to join this amazing specialist school in Oxford. They support students aged 11-18 with social emotional and mental health needs, as well as complex needs.

You will work closely with students, teachers, and therapists to help create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment where every young person can succeed.

Supporting students to access their education in a safe, calm and engaging way

Support communication and social skills to support emotional development
