Job Description
My client in the Huddersfield area are looking for Hand Assembly Operatives.
Job Description:
If you are craft orientated, have material skills, production line skills, or just love making things please we would like to talk to you
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working directly to the Production Manager
Manufacturing, assembly, and production of a wide variety of blinds and window coverings for the trade and retail
Conduct inspection and testing on goods
Work from production notes and build sheets
Comply with Health and safety procedures,
Work to timescale and deadlines
Ensure materials are manufactured, packaged, and dispatched in a timely manner
Cleaning and maintaining of workstation and production areas
Essential Skills and Experience
If you are craft orientated, have material skills, production line skills, or just love making things please we would like to talk to you
Comfortable reading measurements
Using a variety of hand tools
You must have the skills to gather, analyse, and solve problems and prioritise workload.
Excellent communication skills to maintain relations with colleagues and managers.
You must be able to work as part of a team, dependable, presentable and take pride in your work.
The successful candidate should possess a willingness to learn. You will be working as part of a production team
Working Days (6.30am - 2.30pm)
