Are you a skilled Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and asset performance? We're looking for an Asset Care Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement across all asset care and reliability activities.
Deliver effective maintenance strategies for equipment, utilities, and site infrastructure.
Work proactively to maximise equipment uptime and optimise performance.
Support engineering and production teams in identifying root causes of failures and implementing sustainable solutions.
Contribute to the site's reliability and maintenance improvement plans.
Requirements:
Apprenticeship trained or equivalent engineering qualification is essential.
Proven experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of asset care, reliability, and performance improvement principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
Days (Monday to Friday)
