Position: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Horncastle, Lincolnshire (hybrid option available after training)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re thrilled to be supporting one of our manufacturing clients based in Horncastle who are looking to add an enthusiastic and detail-driven Assistant Management Accountant to their finance team.

* Working Monday to Friday 8:30 -4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Management Accountant
* Process bank payments and transactions within ERP systems.
* Complete bank reconciliations and monthly journals.
* Manage vehicle mileage claims and track fleet information.
* Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and ONS reports.
* Handle intercompany reconciliations and prepare schedules for group reporting.
* Support external audit requirements with clear documentation and reporting.
Assistant Management Accountant ideally will have
* C grade (or above) in Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent.
* AAT Level 4 or qualified by experience.
* Solid experience in Purchase Ledger and Finance roles.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
