This Permanent Full-time role offers responsibility across professional and project services together with leadership of client relationships and team development activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial building surveying instructions across the Midlands
* Manage dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration services
* Oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects through delivery stages
* Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes
* Support business development, fee growth, and multidisciplinary project delivery
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified
* Commercial consultancy background
* Strong experience across professional and project services
* Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with client-facing experience
Salary & Package
* £70,000–£80,000 basic salary
* Annual bonus up to 18%
* Flexible hybrid working
