You'll take charge of growing the team and bringing new clients on-board, shaping the London office's future with your ideas and expertise. With support from other offices, you'll drive the expansion of the structures discipline in the capital.

What you'll do

  * 

    Lead and develop the structures discipline in London, building a team that reflects your leadership style.

  * 

    Drive business development, using your network and client-facing skills to bring in new projects.

  * 

    Oversee the design of major structures, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions across all materials.

What you'll need

  * 

    Chartered status, ideally MIStructE, but MICE will be considered.

  * 

    At least 10 years' UK design consultancy experience, giving you the depth of knowledge to lead effectively.

  * 

    Client-facing experience, so you can build relationships and grow the business.
