Are you an experienced Structural Engineer with 7+ years either at Associate level or ready to step into an Associate role, who is ready to take the next major step in your career?

As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to help lead and develop a talented team while managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects. The role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project delivery, supporting the financial performance of the office and mentoring engineers across the business. The successful candidate will hold a recognised engineering degree and be Chartered with either MIStructE or MICE status. Strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ambition to progress further within a nationally recognised consultancy.
