About the Role:
As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with autism and communication challenges, working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and nurturing learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

* Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities, autism, or communication needs (voluntary or paid experience is welcomed).
* A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
* Comfortable providing personal care and feeding support as part of a nurturing approach to learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and therapists.
* GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C and above).

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, and help ensure that all students can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
