As a Bank Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to elderly residents. You will work flexibly across shifts, ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of residents while maintaining professional standards of care.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Provide personal care and support to elderly residents in line with individual care plans.

  * 

    Administer medication and maintain accurate records, following care home policies.

  * 

    Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.

  * 

    Supervise and mentor junior care staff where required.

  * 

    Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

  * 

    Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and agency standards.

✅ Requirements

  * 

    NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum).

  * 

    Valid training certificates relevant to elderly care.

  * 

    Enhanced DBS check (current and valid).

  * 

    Ability to provide two professional working references.

  * 

    Must be able to work full-time hours with no work restrictions.

  * 

    Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

  * 

    Previous experience in elderly care settings preferred.
