Job Description
A successful family owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Bathroom Fitter / Tiler to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.
As the Bathroom Fitter / Tiler you will:
Complete primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
Remove bathrooms.
Plumb and instal new bathroom suites.
Carry out Tiling, Pipework, Joinery work.
We are looking for a Bathroom Fitter / Tiler with the following:
Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
Experience in installation / removal of bathrooms.
Tiling experience.
Pipework experience.
1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.
Professional and be able to self manage.
The ability to hit deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.
In return you will receive a negotiable salary of £35,500 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van.
