Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm
Pay: £92.63 per day (via Teaching Personnel)

We are seeking a 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time in a supportive Llanelli primary school, providing dedicated support to a pupil in Year 2. This role is perfect for someone who can build strong relationships, bring positive energy, and use engaging strategies to support a young learner on a daily basis. ⚽
The Role:
Providing 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil throughout the school day
Supporting behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation in the classroom
Building a trusting and consistent relationship with the pupil
Working closely with the class teacher and ALN staff to implement support strategies
Using active, engaging approaches to keep the pupil motivated and focused
Ideal Candidate:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a sporty or active background who can bring structure, enthusiasm, and positivity to the role. Experience in the following would be highly beneficial:
Sports coaching
PE support
Youth work
Mentoring or team leadership roles
Key Skills & Attributes:
Fluent Welsh speaker (essential) ️
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Ability to build positive relationships with young children
Proactive and adaptable mindset
