Can you support students to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement in school?
A Haringey secondary school is seeking a Behaviour & Pastoral Mentor to work with students who need additional support to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
What you'll be doing:
Providing behaviour and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4
Mentoring students on a 1:1 basis
Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
Working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to improve outcomesWhat they're looking for:
Experience supporting teenagers or vulnerable young people
Calm and confident behaviour management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
