At Hello Education, we’re looking for exceptional Behaviour Support Assistants to join our dedicated teams across schools this September. You’ll be the steady hand and kind heart that helps pupils regulate, refocus, and achieve their potential – no matter the hurdles.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Support & Guide: Work closely with students who may display challenging behaviours, providing calm and constructive support.
Create Safe Spaces: Help build a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel understood and respected.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour plans and strategies that really make a difference.
Positive Influence: Act as a role model, encouraging resilience, confidence, and personal growth.We’re Looking for Behaviour Champions Who:
Have experience working with children/young people with challenging behaviour (or the passion to develop these skills).
Remain calm, patient, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
Communicate effectively and build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff.

Hello Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
