BIM Coordinator
€70-90,000 Plus Benefits Provided
International Main Contractor with a specific strength in Mega Watt Data Centres across Europe. Large scale project just awarded in Linz - Austria.
BIM Manager / Coordinator that has clear experience handling 4D, 3D & BIM coordination on large scale Mega Watt Data Centres.
This exciting award has just landed and the Project Director is looking for someone to come in and add value to the team on site in Austria.
Seeking a fast paced and dynamic employer that embrace ideas and collaboration. In your role you will be handling a range of activities across BIM in the technical department.

* Buildings Main Contractor
* Business operate at a fast pace and are client focused
* Contractually Non-Aggressive & collaborate with clients and supply chain
* Group embrace technology across all projects from Data Centre’s, Pharma, Clean Rooms & Microchip Facilities
* Cash rich organization
* International coverage with work in 13 Countries
ROLE
* Are you a BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator with a strength handling BIM through design, construction and operations
* Review contractual agreements, drawings and specifications on site
* Collaborate through all BIM elements to the supply chain and client
* Develop project specific model development strategies, programs and communicate risk & challenges you foresee
* Happy to be based on site in Linz – Austria
* Do you have the right documents in place for visa applications and do you understand AUSTRIA & researched the cost of living
* Able to start on site before the 10th of September ?
