Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in South East London for a Biomedical Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, perform scheduled preventative maintenance on medical equipment, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Qualifications
* Expertise in Biomedical Engineering within the UK, including knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and supervise staff
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, combined with attention to detail
* Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* Experience with safety protocols and understanding of industry regulations and standards within the UK

* Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
