We're looking for a BMS Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key client relationships across the North of England. Based from Bolton with hybrid working available, this is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking company delivering energy-efficient solutions to top-tier clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts including M&E contractors, facilities managers, and end users
Responding to pricing enquiries, preparing quotes, and identifying margin-improvement opportunities
Leading business development efforts by promoting BMS and energy solutions to M&E contractors, consultants, D&B contractors, and end-users
Representing the business with professionalism in all client interactions
What We're Looking For
β Proven experience in HVAC, BMS & Controls, Energy, or Building Services
β Strong background in developing business with Consultants, M&E Contractors, Facility Managers, and End Users
β Excellent client account management skills with a focus on ROI
β Solid technical understanding of control systems (Trend, Tridium, or similar platforms preferred)
β Confident in delivering engaging face-to-face sales presentations
β Committed to providing outstanding customer service
