BMS Service Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are one of the UK's most established specialists within the building management systems (bms) sector.

£50,000 - £55,000
£5739 Car Allowance or Vehicle
Sales / Upgrade field commission - 3%

The Role: 

Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
Carry out small repairs and remedial works
Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems) 

Requirements:

Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on-site completing fault diagnosis
You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
Proven diagnostics skills
Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant - AHU's etc
Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus
