Bodyshop Manager – Preston
Competitive Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Monday to Friday | Permanent
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive repair group for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy Preston site. You’ll oversee production, compliance, customer relationships and team performance — ensuring efficient, high-quality repairs and great service every time.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day site operations and workflow
Maximise productivity and performance across the team
Act as key contact for customers and Work Providers
Ensure compliance with BSI 10125, HSE, COSHH, EPA and internal standards
Maintain quality control and drive continuous improvement
Support and develop staff, promoting a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
Proven Bodyshop management or leadership experience
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver results and maintain exceptional standards
