Job role:- Bookings Advisor [Automotive]
 Location:- Morden
 Salary:- £31,000 + £2,500 bonus potential added on top
 
 We’re recruiting for Bookings Advisor in the South West London Area to join one of the UK's top Independent Specialist Garages.
  
 You'll be a representative of a well-known Iconic brand, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, services and MOT's. One of the more fulfilling aspects here is helping a huge variety of clients, and alongside your customer service skills [and a good pair of wellies] you'll be looking after their key accounts and long-standing customers throughout each step of their journey.

Basic Salary £31,000 OTE £2500 added for hitting upsell targets
Monday to Friday (no weekends)  8-5:40pm
Training with the brand will be given, and seeing as you'll most like be rubbing shoulders with the Service Advisor's, you'll see progression and success in the future too. 
Automotive experience isn't essential here, so long as you are able to demonstrate the right mindset and attitude behind the phone booking customers in, then we should talk.

Requirements?

The ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a variety of customers
Deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
Experience in a role that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
