Job Description

Building Caretaker/ Janitor Saltcoats £12.81ph - £13.81ph ASAP Start 12 Week contract We are currently seeking two Building Caretakers for work in a School in Saltcoats. This is a 12 week contract with and immediate start available. There may be options for contract extension, overtime and on call rota's once full training is completed. The work will be evening shifts from 5pm to 10.30pm Monday to Friday. Main duties will be: - Fire alarm testing - Locking up - Assisting cleaning team - Log any repairs to FM team Full training on duties will be given, so no experience is necessary. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is happy to learn. Work is in a school so you must be able to pass a PVG Criminal record check before starting. We will put you through this.
