What you’ll do
• Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 Building Surveys across a range of properties
• Support project management, contract administration and dilapidations
• Produce high-quality reports, valuations and reinstatement cost assessments
• Assist with party wall matters and drone surveys while learning from senior surveyors
What you’ll bring
• Experience within building surveying, ideally with residential exposure
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can work directly with clients
• Proactive, organised and eager to grow within a small, supportive team
