Position: Building Surveyor – Damp, Mould & Repairs
Location: Staffordshire (with travel to sites)
Salary: £39,322.50

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp with perm option for the right candidate)
We’re urgently looking to speak with experienced Building Surveyors for a Damp, Mould & Repairs role covering schemes across Staffordshire.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections for damp, mould, and condensation issues
*
Diagnosing faults and specifying repair works
*
Preparing detailed survey reports and managing repair solutions
*
Overseeing contract and site works to ensure quality and timely completion
*
Managing a variable caseload with minimal supervision
Requirements:
*
Surveying qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent), or a trade background with relevant experience
*
Experience in social housing maintenance or surveying
*
Strong understanding of damp, mould, and condensation issues
*
Full UK Driving Licence (essential – site travel required)
*
Home working available for report write-ups
