In this role, you will take ownership of your own portfolio - driving growth, developing new accounts, and delivering tailored Audio-Visual solutions across key sectors such as commercial real estate, life sciences, hospitality, and flexible workspace environments. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of technical integrity and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AV and Smart Building sales, with strong commercial and technical knowledge of platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, and AMX. You'll be comfortable leading client engagements from initial contact through to successful close - presenting complex AV systems with confidence, clarity, and commercial insight.

The Role:

Lead AV business development across defined market sectors to achieve commercial growth targets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a qualified and sustainable pipeline
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing tailored AV and Smart Building solutions
Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
Represent the company at networking events and industry shows, strengthening market presence
 The Person:

Proven success in AV and Smart Technology sales, with experience managing key client accounts
Strong understanding of AV systems, IPTV, collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco), and control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and solutions-led approach
Commercially astute, with the ability to identify, position, and close new business opportunities
