Based in the West Midlands with travel UK-wide, you will identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial scrap markets, driving revenue growth and playing a key role in strategic expansion. You will grow the customer base, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions, utilising your consultative selling skills.

* A proven track record in Business Development, ideally within the metals sector.
* Strong understanding of precious metals or the industrial scrap market (PGMs, Gold, Silver).

* A self-starting mentality—you must be comfortable with the autonomy and accountability that comes with building a new division.
