Job Description

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team with Cambridgeshire County Council, based in Trumpington. 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities: 
 * Manage complex caseloads involving child protection, children in need, and care proceedings. 
 * Undertake assessments, formulate and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes. 
 * Work in partnership with families and other professionals to promote the welfare and safety of children. 
 * Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings where required. 
 * Ensure high standards of recording and compliance with statutory duties and local authority policies. 
 
 Working Pattern: 
 * Hybrid working 
 
 Pay Rate: 
 * £39 p/h Umbrella 
 
 Essential Requirements: 
 * Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent 
 * Social Work England Registration 
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in children's safeguarding 
 * Strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance
