Job Description
Temp-perm. £22-£23 per hour (up to £38k when permanent). Van and fuel card included from day one! Working within social housing on planned works and void properties.
As a Carpenter, you'll receive:
£22-£23 per hour (up to £38k when permanent).
Company van and fuel card
Uniform
Local work
As a Carpenter, you'll be:
Working on planned works and within void properties
Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Completing minor plumbing
Painting and Decorating
Patch plastering
Laying vinyl flooring
Completing Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
As a Carpenter, you'll need:
A minimum of a NVQ level 2 Carpentry qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
Experience working within occupied homes
A full and current driving licence
Location
Travelling within Basingstoke and Newbury, with occasional travel to Swindon, Oxford, and Reading.
