Our Client is seeking a skilled Carpentry Technician to support practical learning and workshop activities within a busy educational environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on carpentry experience who enjoys working in a teaching and learning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain carpentry workshop spaces and equipment.
* Support students and teaching staff during practical sessions.
* Ensure tools, machinery, and materials are used safely and correctly.
* Maintain stock levels and organise materials for lessons.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Background or qualification in Carpentry or Joinery.
* Experience working with hand and power tools.
* Strong understanding of workshop safety procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an education or training environment is desirable.
