We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to be based in Cardiff.

This role is to work within a Public Sector organisation, overseeing construction project costs and contracts. Ensuring projects are kept within budget and contractual obligations.
Day to Day:
Work with partner organisations on their capital work projects/ programmes
Overseeing Construction project budgets
Managing business cases, reviewing costs
Project Management
Presenting to a board
Project progress meetings
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
RICs or CIOB essential
Construction related qualification desirable
Project Management experience – ability to plan and coordinate
Experience of working at a senior level
Public Sector/ Healthcare experience desirable
Excellent communication skills
Presentation experience
