Chef de Partie - Full Time - £33,000 to £37,000 - Cotsworlds
Variable Rota - 48 hours may include weekends 4 out of 7
A countryside hospitality destination is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting a collaborative culinary environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepares and presents dishes to high standards
Supervises and supports junior kitchen staff
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization
Contributes to seasonal and innovative menu development
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and food safety knowledge
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Passion for quality and teamwork
