About Us

Brickhampton Court Golf Complex is a busy and welcoming golf and hospitality venue, providing food and beverage services to members, guests, visitors, golf societies, functions and corporate events. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food and excellent service across our clubhouse and events operation.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play an important role in delivering high standards across all areas of the business.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running bar food and function prep work and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a varied workload, from clubhouse dining and daily service through to functions and larger events.

This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  * Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

  * Run and manage your designated section during service

  * Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

  * Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with company standards

  * Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices

  * Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste

  * Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

  * Work effectively as part of a team during busy services and events

What We’re Looking For

  * Previous kitchen experience in a similar role

  * Passion for food and attention to detail

  * Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

  * Strong teamwork and communication skills

  * Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude

  * Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends

  * Food Hygiene qualification desirable
