As Chef De Partie, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
Run your section efficiently, preparing and cooking dishes to the required standard
Working across all sections of the kitchen when required
Maintaining high standards of product quality and service
Supporting guest satisfaction through consistent food presentation
Ensuring all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures are followed
Supporting junior team members, including Line cook staff
Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and high moraleWhat we're looking for
We're looking for a Chef De Partie who can bring passion and reliability, along with:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a fresh food, professional kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
Experience with restaurant and buffet service, functions and weddings
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and hygiene procedures
A positive, can-do attitude with punctuality and reliability
Ability to work under pressure and be a team player
Flexibility to work mornings and evenings on a rota across 7 days
